Cambridge Movers

Cambridge packs half a dozen different moves into one city: a Harvard Square walk-up, a Kendall high-rise with a freight elevator, a Porter Square triple-decker, a family home off Huron Ave. Each one has its own logistics, and we plan for the one you actually have.

The local logistics

Most Cambridge streets are resident permit parking, so where the truck legally stands is the first question of the day, not the last. We sort that with you when you book, and we size the truck to the street: what works on Memorial Drive does not work on a one-way off Inman Square.

The universities set the calendar. Late May and September 1 concentrate lease turnovers across Harvard, Central, and Porter, and buildings near campus book their elevators out fast. Newer buildings in Kendall and East Cambridge require certificates of insurance and reserved freight elevator windows; we handle both directly with your management company.

A crew that knows Cambridge

Coming from our Everett base, Cambridge is a short run across the McGrath, so arrival windows stay tight. Our crews carry the same discipline into every building type: padded stairwells in the walk-ups, floor protection in the condos, and a load plan that puts your boxes off the truck in the order your new place needs them. Arrival window, crew size, and services are confirmed in writing before the day.
